Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations - Tenancy management, Customer service, Property maintenance monitoring etc.
• Handle general enquires and complaints, support all activities
• Provide administrative support in the property management office (if required)
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided (if required)

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• At least 3 years’ or above relevant experience in management of Shopping Mall / Estate Property
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated & able to work independently
• Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
• Experience in the hotel or aviation industry is preferred
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Customer Service Officer
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan
