Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operation, liaison, administration and handling document 
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with clients 
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners 
  • Monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
  • Work in Commercial Building

Requirements

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in management including at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well versed in computer application including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Property Assistant
  • Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
  • Experience in the hotel or aviation industry is preferred
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificated is preferred
