Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Drives on-going development and operations of the CCG CSR initiatives/businesses, ensuring it delivers on the company’s strategic objectives and financial strength
  • Manages the Nina Park and HKMAC P&L ensuring that all financial targets are achieved, and all planned activities are completed within budget
  • Monitors the business/operational performance and meets KPIs set for the CCG CSR initiatives
  • Liaises with CCG Business Units to implement joint promotional opportunities to maximize customer and staff buy-in and to promote the business as a company-wide initiative.
  • Develops a 12-month communication and promotional calendar with relevant stakeholders to drive awareness and community engagement in the projects
  • Supports marketing objectives to create a consistent brand experience across all channels and touch-points with CCG
  • Connects with industry partners to incorporate any insights into future strategic planning for the projects
  • Reports to Chief Impact Office to conduct regular reviews of business/operation performance
  • Maximizes revenue opportunities by sourcing funds from partners and co-operative marketing
  • Maximizes opportunities to grow and deliver impactful messages to public
  • Ensures operational performance by analyzing data and developing KPI and reporting
  • Oversees and drives team to achieve mutually agreed goals
  • Manages team performance by counselling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Requirements

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant qualification
  • 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years at senior executive level
  • Solid experience in design, development and operations of CRS initiatives preferably gain from property developer, shopping mall, hotel and arts industry  
  • Excellent writing and communications skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proactive, creative and independent, good team player and able to multitask and work under tight timeline
