Responsibilities
- Provide daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality customer services to customers
- Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries, complaints and emergency causes.
- To provide support in various promotional activities / operation
- Handle daily administrative work
Requirements
- HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years experience in property management is preferred
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Knowledge of PC operations
- Self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn
- Experience in the hotel or aviation industry is preferred
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificated is preferred
