Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver quality customer services to customers
  • Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries, complaints and emergency causes.
  • To provide support in various promotional activities / operation
  • Handle daily administrative work

Requirements

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years experience in property management is preferred
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Knowledge of PC operations
  • Self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn
  • Experience in the hotel or aviation industry is preferred
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificated is preferred
