Job Overview
Regular Check-Ins:
Schedule weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and any support needed.
Provide constructive feedback and set short-term goals for the upcoming period.
Mentorship and Supervision:
Assign a mentor, our Manager-Sale to guide the intern, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
Ensure the mentor regularly reviews the intern's work and offers feedback.
Feedback Sessions:
Conduct formal feedback sessions at the midpoint and end of the internship.
Use these sessions to discuss the intern's performance, areas of improvement, and overall experience.
Peer Reviews:
Encourage team members to provide feedback on the intern's performance and collaboration.
Use this feedback to gain a comprehensive view of the intern's impact on the team
Project Reviews:
Review the outcomes of any specific projects or tasks assigned to the intern.
Assess the quality of work, adherence to deadlines, and overall contribution to the project.
Responsibilities
Market Research:
Comprehensive market research reports on competitors, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Recommendations based on research findings to enhance sales strategies.
Training and Development Documentation:
Documentation of any training sessions attended or conducted
Personal development plan outlining skills learned and areas for future growth.
Project or Campaign Outcomes:
Results and outcomes of any specific sales projects or campaigns the intern was involved in.
Lessons learned and best practices identified.
Requirements
1. Self-motivated, aggressive, good communication and interpersonal
skill
2. Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and
English.
3. Possess good analytical & communication skills
4. Proactive, independent and with great sense of responsibility
5. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
