Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Project Reports: Assist in the preparation of detailed project reports that summarize investment analyses, findings, and recommendations. Ensure reports are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to client needs.

• Thematic Research: Conduct in-depth thematic research on market trends, emerging sectors, and investment opportunities. Provide insights that help shape investment strategies and decision-making processes.

• Presentation Skills: Develop and enhance presentation skills by preparing and delivering investment presentations. Clearly convey complex financial information to senior management, ensuring understanding and engagement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students majoring in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities.
