System Analyst / Senior System Analyst

Job Overview

To govern and overview the development team, technical support on system, and enhancement of the system and its integrations with related enterprise systems, ensuring high-quality delivery of the team, smooth system changes, and efficient translation from business requirement to technical design.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user-oriented and online products implementation covering of Web, Mobile Site and Mobile App  
• Lead and manage development teams (internal and external), providing technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall delivery governance to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Design and architect scalable system solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data security standards, and performance requirements.
• Oversee system integration and data migration activities, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring seamless connectivity between upstream/downstream systems.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance system performance and optimize development workflows.
• Support system operations and incident management, including day-to-day monitoring, issue resolution, and post-release validation.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test case preparation, user coordination, defect tracking, and sign-off support.
• Support deployment activities, ensuring smooth releases and validating system changes post-deployment.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and operational checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Provide project coordination support, including tracking actions, timelines, risks, and status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in system analysis and application development, with at least 2 years in a senior, team lead, or project management role
• Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in technologies, Preferred Java, .NET, SQL/NoSQL databases, and API integrations
• Proven project management experience, with practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
• Proactive, adaptable, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset
