Sustainability Manager

Job Overview

To assist in all group and project sustainability related matters

Responsibilities

• Advise the BS Team Members / Project Managers and BS Team Head to supervise Sustainability / Environmental consultants’ performance and review of consultants’ deliverables
• Coordinate with other project consultants and in-house project teams, and contractors to deliver the project
• Review and comment contractors’ submissions
• Assist in strategic sustainability planning of CCG Group
• Prepare proposal for the initiatives relating to sustainable environment and development
• Obtain the updated market information in sustainability and carry out research study in the field
• Coordinate with the top and Senior Management for individual departmental sustainability key performance index, plan and implementation
• Monitor and report the progress of yearly sustainability plan of CCG Group
• Supervise the works of consultant for Group sustainability
• Promote sustainability within CCG Group
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience including at least 9 years in building related experience
• Qualified BEAM Pro and LEED AP
• Experienced in MTRC property development projects will be an advantage
• Good initiative and leadership skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
