Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, informative and well-mannered at front house reception
• Responsible for providing hospitality service to staff
• Handle complaints, enquiries and resolve service issues in a professional manner
• Provide general clerical & administrative support as well as facilities management
• Event management includes staff activities such as event operations, material preparation, and photo/video shooting
• Conduct regular patrol and incident handling
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• HKDSE or Diploma preferably in Hospitality, Tourism or Business-related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience in Guest Service related duties is preferred
• Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
• Willing to work overtime and outdoor
• Familiar with MS Office
• Holder of First Aid Certification will be an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
