Job Overview

Your role is to assist in continuous improvement on customer experience through various touchpoints in Chinachem Group Head Office. This involves working closely with different departments within the organization to provide professional services to both external guests and internal staff to demonstrate our people-centric brand DNA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, informative and well-mannered at front house reception and every to revitalise the customer experience in the head office
  • Handle complaints, enquiries and resolve service issues in a professional manner to reflect our people-centric brand DNA
  • Provide general clerical & administrative support as well as facilities management to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead event management from idea generation to execution, including but not limited to staff outings and activities such as event rundown handling, material preparation, photo/video shooting, and venue setup.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality, Tourism or Business-related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience in Guest Service related duties is preferred 
  • Good team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills preferred
  • Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative character is a plus
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English. Putonghua is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Holder of First Aid Certification will be an advantage
