Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for major residential / commercial / hotel projects / assets enhancement projects
• Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms
• Assist Quantity Surveying Manager / General Manager - Contract on detailed implementation, monitoring and supervision of critical aspects as may be assigned to him/ her from time to time to achieve the common goals.

Requirements

• MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying or construction economics
• 5 - 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience; prior developer-side experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record in handling large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and/or asset enhancement projects.
• Strong cost awareness with hands-on experience in cost estimating for feasibility studies.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and conscientious.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
