Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying works for major residential / commercial / hotel projects / assets enhancement projects
• Responsible for managing and supervising the performance of works carried out by consultant quantity surveying firms
• Assist Quantity Surveying Manager on detailed implementation, monitoring and supervision of critical aspects as may be assigned to him/ her from time to time to achieve the common goals.

Requirements

• MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying or construction economics
• 3 -5 years’ post-qualification experiences. Developer experience is in advantage
• Proven experience in handling large scale residential / commercial / hotel projects / assets enhancement projects
• Good initiative and conscientious
• Good command of English and Chinese
