Senior Officer - Sales (Marketing)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for residential projects
• Assist in project launch preparation, implementation and execute strategy works including the production of marketing collaterals, PR campaign and media planning, etc.
• Assist in compiling budget and forecast reports
• Conduct market research, monitor and analyze industry trends on market intelligence
• Work closely with various business units and vendors (including advertising agencies, PR agencies, designers, contractors, solicitors and reporters, etc.) to strive for successful launch of residential projects
• Familiar with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Ensure compliance against related legislations and regulations
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications / Real Estate or related disciplines  
• Minimum 3 - 4 years’ solid experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in property developer
• Creative, proactive and attentive to details
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player whilst with abilities to work independently and good organizational and analytical skills
• Dynamic, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Candidate with less work experience will be considered as Officer – Sales (Marketing)
