Job Overview

The job holder will report to the Supervisor and be responsible for assist in marketing campaigns, PR events, and festive decorations for the assigned retail leasing portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration to enhance foot traffic and customer engagement
  • Manage social media accounts for the assigned leasing profolios, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing posts across various platforms
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, drive traffic, and strengthen brand presence
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness
  • Implement year-round retail marketing campaigns to support leasing and promotional goals
  • Solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion and collaborations
  • Liaise with stakeholders and agencies to create comprehensive and professional marketing collaterals
  • Prepare reports and conduct relevant analysis to measure campaign success and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery of all marketing activities
  • Follow up POPs in the malls including lightboxes, e-panels, and other signage
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights for improvements
  • Participate in Casual Leasing arrangements to maximize retail opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience in event management
  • Experience with property developers, event agencies, or social media management is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
  • Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency
