Senior Officer - Leasing (Marketing)

Job Overview

The job holder will report to the Supervisor and Section Head and be responsible for marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration as well as social media management and CRM for the shopping malls under the Chinachem Group

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration for shopping malls under the Chinachem Group
• Provide support in CRM and social media platform for shopping malls
• Implement year-round retailing marketing campaigns
• Solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion
• Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals
• Prepare related reports and conduct relevant analysis
• Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
• Follow up POPs in the malls including lightboxes, e-panels etc.
• Competitors’ monitoring
• Causal Leasing arrangement
• Monitor marketing expenses

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in marketing, event management and digital marketing
• Experience in shopping malls / event agencies/ brands are prerequisite.    
• Good knowledge in CRM and social media are an advantage                   
• Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
• Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency
• Strong in excel and powerpoint are required
• Work on weekends and PH for events when necessary
