Job Overview

The job holder supports the planning and implementation of corporate level’s digital communications strategy to enhance brand awareness through corporate website, intranet and online social media platform.

Responsibilities

Digital Communication Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute digital communications strategy and solutions with a focus on online platforms including but not limited to corporate website, online social media platform such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, IG and WeChat from planning to implementation

Social Media Management

  • Develop contents and manage the Group’s social media accounts 
  • Engage and build partnership with influencers and KOLs to achieve long-term social media success

Crisis Management

  • Develop crisis communication and issue management plans. Provide strategic social media advice and end-to-end solutions when dealing with online media crisis
  • Work closely with agency on social listening to monitor and identify potential issue at early stage for related parties’ timely attention and handling

Web Management

  • Act as a webmaster of the corporate website to develop, maintain and enhance the layout, interface, features and contents to meet business units’ needs
  • Act as a webmaster and part of the steering committee of company’s intranet to review its performance from time to time and contribute ideas for enhancement 

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Multimedia Design or relevant qualification
  • 10 years of corporate communication experience with minimum 5 years in digital marketing, social media and digital communications
  • Solid understanding of using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube for marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of website layout and content drafting
  • Strong writing and communications skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proactive, creative and independent, good team player and able to perform multitask and work under tight timeline
  • Basic commercial awareness, good understanding of procedures, concepts and principles within own discipline
  • Evaluates situations using multiple sources of information and applies developed communication and diplomacy skills to direct/persuade/influence others
