Responsibilities

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on investment opportunities for senior management and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure corporate investment strategies align with overall business objectives.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the Company’s medium- and long-term property portfolio strategy, including selecting potential strategy partners.

Project Evaluation: Participate in the selection, analysis, and evaluation of proposed real estate investment projects, and compile feasibility analysis reports.

Transaction Support: Assist in the evaluation and execution of approved investment transactions, covering due diligence, risk assessment, transaction structuring, negotiation, and report preparation.

Project Management: Support comprehensive development efforts, technical consultation, project investment, and construction management throughout the real estate project lifecycle.

Asset Disposal: Facilitate the disposal of non-core assets by identifying potential buyers and overseeing the sales process.

Timing Analysis: Assess market conditions to determine the optimal timing and pricing for asset sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience and skills:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment.

Proven experience in market research, investment analysis, and transaction management.

Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Capacity to translate ideas into actionable plans with a focus on quality performance.

Independent and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
