Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst

Job Overview

The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager (Budgeting & Management Reporting), coordinate with various business unit stakeholders and work with a team of Finance and IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit stakeholders and provide financial & KPI analysis to evaluate business performance
• Facilitate business units to develop financial models on new project and investment
• Coordinate and review monthly management report, budget and forecast
• Act as one of the Finance representatives and participate in system enhancement and integration

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business, IT, Statistics, or Data Science
• CPA [HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPA(Aust)] or CFA equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience in management reporting or as a business unit controller/analyst
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel modelling is a must
• Experience in SAP FICO, BPC, EPM and Lease Management System (e.g. Yardi) would be an advantage
• Knowledge in set up and organize the database
• Knowledge of dashboard and BI tools, e.g. Power BI is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Financial Analyst
