Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

Job Overview

As an Accountant, he/she plays a crucial role in Finance Operations – Lease-related transactions, maintaining control & compliance with relevant accounting standards, and providing lease deal review, activation and reporting.

Responsibilities

•    Responsible for the overall accounts receivable (Leasing) function and customer master management
•    Prepare reconciliations to financial/billing cycle accuracy and compliance
•    Engage month-end closing activities and receivable reporting
•    Integrate with business partnership management to drive Group Accounting Policies and Best Practices 
•    Assist in the internal and external audit with other Finance Sections
•    Streamline the accounts receivable function in operational excellence 
•    Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other related disciplines

Experience and Skills:
•    Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity
•    Proactive, independent, open-minded with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility
•    Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
•    A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
•    Proficiency in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
•    Experience in using the Yardi and SAP (S/4 HANA) system is preferred
•    Immediate availability is highly preferred
