Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager in preparation of maintenance and project document, in-house coordination between department and site.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on repairs, renovation and minor A&A projects independently.
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of repairing & maintenance works and provide technical recommendations for improvement. Report the work progress to all the relevant parties (i.e. Leasing Department & Property Management….) is necessary.
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation- Assisting in site survey, on-site engineering measurements.
- Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works.
- Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and quotations.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Studies or Building Services
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in related field
- Knowledge on building services will be an advantage
- Good command in communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in use of computer
- Responsible to coordinate between consultant, architect, contractors, tenant and government in building services works on local properties’ renovation / upgrade / improvement
