Officer - Sales (stationed in site office)

Job Overview

Officer - Sales assists Manager – Sales to coordinate all sales related activities and relationship management with business partners in the sales office and development sites. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and execution of sales plans for project launches
• Support the Sales Manager (On-site) in achieving business growth and sales targets through effective sales team coordination and liaison with property agents
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the Group’s customer base and strengthen market presence
• Manage daily on‑site sales administration and coordinate sales office logistics
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify potential sales leads and actively promote products or services to prospective customers
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in BA, surveying, marketing, or related discipline
• Solid experience in property sales industry may be deemed as qualified for the position
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in sales of residential properties in property developers
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales) Ordinance
• Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized
  Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint is a must. Skills of Dynamics 365 will be a merit.
