Job Overview

The job holder will report to the Supervisor and Section Head and be responsible for assist in marketing campaigns, PR events, festive decoration for the shopping malls under the Chinachem Group.

Responsibilities

Assist Supervisor in planning , organising and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, partnership programs and PR events.  

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce integrated, high-quality marketing collateral across multiple channels

Identify and solicit support from prospective partners and external stakeholders for joint promotion initiatives

Oversee day-to-day management and content strategy for digital channels - including Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat

Act as a key liaison for tenant management, fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative marketing efforts.

Compile comprehensive marketing reports and analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights for future strategies.

Manage casual leasing arrangements and ensure timely on-site updates for POSM and promotional signage

Serve as an energetic team player, working seamlessly across business units, tenant networks, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and maintain superior quality standards

Requirements

Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' solid experience in event management
Experience with property developers or event agencies is an advantage                       
Creative, proactive and responsible with good marketing sense
Able to work independently, multitask efficiently and to meet multiple project deadlines
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficiency
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required for on-site event execution when necessary
