Officer - Leasing (Food & Beverage Operations)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Handle the food & beverage (F&B) tenants and their daily enquiries independently
• Supervise junior staff to perform daily administrative and clerical support to the F&B team
• Manage the tenancy documents and tenancy administration work and maintain tenancy-related database
• Assist the Manager to ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
• Assist to direct F&B functions and promotional activities
• Schedule and coordinate with tenants for regular F&B tenant services (E.g. Pest control, hygiene audit. etc.)
• Assist the Manager to provide coaching for junior staff
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Food Industry, Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in food industry or property leasing and property management
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
• Positive attitude towards challenges
• Independent & ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skill in both written & spoken Cantonese and English
• Willing to work with shift duty
