Officer - Leasing (Central Market)

Job Overview

The job holder will report to Manager - Leasing. You will be responsible for handling all leasing matters for Central Market retail portfolio. 
 

Responsibilities

• Handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration work
• Prepare vacancy list, leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, Tenancy Agreement and other related documentation
• Negotiate with existing tenants for renewal
• Prepare regular reports, manage files, coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handle complaints
• Liaise with direct clients and real estate agents for inspection and to handle and follow up with enquiries
• To source new clients constantly in order to bring in new concepts and brands to the project
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property leasing
• Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
• Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
• Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
