Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting our shared services while partnering closely with business leaders. You will play a vital part in driving organisational effectiveness, nurturing talent growth, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. 

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Employee Journey: Support the HRBP team in delivering professional advisory services across the entire employee lifecycle. You will play a hands-on role in key processes, from manpower planning and full-cycle recruitment to seamless onboarding, talent management, and smooth offboarding
  • Drive HR Operations & Compliance: Act as a primary point of contact for daily HR administration and shared services execution. You will ensure our HR policies are up-to-date, effectively implemented, and fully compliant with local regulations.
  • Foster Employee Experience & Engagement: Play an active role in rolling out impactful HR initiatives. You will help sustain our inclusive workplace through performance management, salary reviews, employee engagement surveys, and wellness programmes.
  • Innovate & Digitise: Streamline HR operational processes through digital transformation and automation, maintaining accurate employee records in our HR systems.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: Prepare insightful monthly reports and utilise HR analytics to support workforce planning, improve operational efficiency, and guide change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of HR generalist or business partner experience (Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply and may be considered for an Assistant HR Officer role)
  • Strong and practical understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation and relevant regulations
  • Possess a strong continuous improvement mindset with an interest or experience in process enhancement, digitalisation, or AI-driven HR tools. Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a big plus!
  • Data-driven and excel at translating raw HR data into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Well organised, attentive to detail, and a fantastic team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
