Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Deploy in all properties and work within the guidance of service standard procedures
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Concierge counters to deliver tip top services to all tenants and shoppers
  • Assist the Manager on supervising and motivating the customer service team, work closely with Management Office to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
  • Establish and maintain a continuous and good relationship with tenants
  • Handle tenants or shoppers’ complaints and feedback where appropriated
  • Work with customer service team to identify areas where work processes might be improved or streamlined and make relevant recommendations to the management
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management or equivalent disciplines
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service / hospitality / travel or equivalent sectors, preferably with experience in delivering service standard training to customer service team
  • Abilities to interact with co-workers and customers in a flexible, proactive and efficient manner
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to mobilize to work in different locations
