Job Overview

The incumbent will be assigned as a core member in supporting two large scale sustainable development projects under the Group - Nina Park and Hong Kong Movie and Arts Center (HKMAC).

The HKMAC is a redevelopment project in the creative industry, while Nina Park stands as the first and only wood fossil park in Hong Kong, exhibiting over 100 museum-grade wood fossils in Tsuen Wan. It serves as a unique destination for both locals and tourists, encapsulating the natural and cultural legacies of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Support to Nina Park

• Assist the team in developing, formulating, and implementing education programmes for both school and corporate clients;
• Support end-to-end programmes implementation across all communication channels;
• Assist in project management and coordinate communication with both internal and external parties;
• Provide customer service support to assist customers with general enquiries;
• Aid in managing daily operations with Property Services for Nina Park;
• Support the administration, reporting, and logistics of CSR projects.

Support to HKMAC

• Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials and managing social media platforms;
• Follow up on sponsored projects with funded organizations to evaluate and implement entitlements;
• Conduct market research and prepare analysis reports.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Education, Property Services, or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in education programme development or performing arts management
• Experience in park management and/or performing venue management will be advantageous  
• Strong interest and knowledge in cultural heritage is preferred
• Team player, self-motivated and attentive to detail
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work outdoors, on weekends and public holidays to meet business needs
