Responsibilities

Projects Management Support to HKMAC

• To assist preparing sales and marketing materials, e.g. leaflet, website, IG, Facebook, etc. 
• To follow through sponsored projects with funded organizations to assess and execute the entitlements
• To conduct market research for the creative industry

Projects Management Support to Nina Park

• Assist in handling daily operations with Property Service 
• Manage the visitor's schedule for guided tours and special requests
• Act as the key contact point for docents
• Support the administration, reports and logistics of those CSR projects

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Geology, Art and Cultural, Environmental Science or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant experience in  movie or performing art management
• Experience in park management and/or performing venue management will be an advantage  
• Strong interest and knowledge in cultural and heritage is preferred
• Team player, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work outdoors, and on weekends and public holidays to meet business needs
