Job Overview

To support the development and execution of all-round marketing campaigns, integrated and multimedia promotion and all relevant collaterals and deliverables of Nina Park, Hong Kong’s first wood fossil edutainment (Education + Entertainment) destination which contains one of Asia’s largest collections of wood fossils. Nina Park is the showcase of “Playround for All” where nature meets technology and has been designed to bring the community together and connect HK to its Geological roots.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, execute and support a year-round marketing campaigns while closely coordinate with external vendors and manage event logistics
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals and copy writing, including but not limited to content, visual, video creation as well as presentation and souvenir production
  • Coordinate with different BUs,  cross teams and external parties for smooth execution and a high level of quality in all marketing activities
  • Support in the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of digital communication platforms, including website, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
  • Support and participate in stakeholder engagement activities/partnerships/joint promotion, build network and maintain cordial relationship with external stakeholders
  • Prepare performance analysis of digital platforms and post-event evaluation report on campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Monitor market sentiments and conduct market intelligence related to destination promotion

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience with event management, digital marketing, community engagement or public affairs
  • Experience with property developers, theme park or event agencies is an advantage
  • Creative, responsible and good marketing sense
  • Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, WordPress is an advantage
  • Attentive to details and highly motivated
  • Passion with community engagement
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and good Chinese Proficiency
  • Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays to meet business needs
