Job Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for Nina Park’s marketing activities and revenue business model, including souvenirs, rental rates, concept store, new business initiatives, etc. The incumbent shall also be responsible to manage marketing events, promotional materials, social media engagement, visitor survey analytics and strategic planning with Nina Hotel and Nina Mall as a landmark hub in Tsuen Wan as well as to build Nina Park as a new tourist designation.


  • To manage the annual marketing budget and plan the respective marketing activities/materials, accordingly.
  • To develop sales strategies for park rental business.
  • To partner with the operator of Nina Park concept store planning sustaining market awareness of Nina Park, e.g. workshops ​.
  • To set up a business model with souvenir shop in the park.
  • To organize and coordinate with Nina Mall and Nina Hotel for synergy promotions.
  • To design and analyze survey results collected from visitors.
  • To manage social media of Nina Park.
  • To organize events and public engagement activities with cross-functional organizations promoting Nina Park to locals and tourists, e.g. education enterprise, museum, HKTB, etc.


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 8 years or above relevant experience in marketing, sales or business development
  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude
  • Team player, self-motivated, independent and attention to details
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer focus with good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in tourist designations will be an advantage
