Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities, identify the market trends and responsible for initiating and implementation on development initiative and gimmicks for the property services team (including property management, cleaning, security, technical sections)
  • Handle all business tender activities including preparing quotation, meeting with clients, after services etc.
  • Work closely with and provide internal coaching to customer service and operation teams to fulfill customer SOP and requirements
  • Support Senior Manager to establish and implement plans for business development to in line with company and departmental objectives

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • Member of MHKIS / MRICS is preferred
  • 7-year related experience in managerial level or above
  • Excellent verbal presentation and ability to communicate in a pleasant and effective manner
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal & written including English & Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required, must be a team player
  • Independent, hard-working, well organized and can work under pressure
  • High mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, problem solving, and follow-up skills are required
