Manager - Leasing (Retail)

Job Overview

1. Report to the Deputy General Manager or  Senior Leasing Manager.
2. Work closely with the leasing team for all daily leasing activities including negotiation with clients, coordination and follow up tenancy works and management services with various departments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leasing & Portfolio Optimization

• Supervise the leasing team to effectively implement established leasing plans and strategies for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader departmental KPIs.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze industry data, and compile various insightful reports and presentations to support Management in strategic decision-making.
• Actively strengthen the business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies, and business partners to maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tenants.

Leasing Operations & Asset Management

• Monitor the daily operations of tenants within the assigned portfolio, ensuring high standards of property presentation, tenant compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate efficiently with other internal departments and external parties on layout planning, tenant fitting-out, refurbishment/revamping works, and the implementation of various operational systems.
• Establish and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with tenants and property agents, acting as a reliable point of contact for the portfolio.

Financial Stewardship & Budgeting

• Prepare accurate budget planning and rental forecasts for the assigned portfolio, continuously monitoring performance against these financial targets.

Talent Leadership

• Supervise, guide, and manage a dedicated team of 1 to 4 staff members, ensuring daily tasks are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Foster a proactive, customer-focused working attitude within the team, supporting their professional development and ensuring the successful execution of departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Management, or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in property leasing (Retail, Office, Industrial, or Residential), preferably with major developers.
• Strong market sense and proactive attitude.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
