Job Overview

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective learning and development strategies to enhance our employees' skills, knowledge, and performance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving talent management initiatives and deploying technology to support upskilling and reskilling efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Integrate People & Culture elements into engagement strategies.
  • Deploy technology solutions (LMS, e-learning platforms).
  • Address skill gaps through tailored programs.
  • Advise on L&D and talent management best practices.
  • Establish metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Optimize L&D budget utilization. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • University graduate

Experience and skills:

  • At least 10 years relevant experience with sizeable multi-national companies
  • Professional training in talent assessment and coaching-related areas is preferred
  • Exposure to modern HR practices
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement leadership development programs that focus on the strategic investment in human capital within the organization (e.g., talent identification and management, individual development planning, management development, 360 degree feedback, succession planning, mentoring and coaching).
  • Strong facilitation skills (one-on-one conversation and team / large group discussion)
  • Self-confident

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on, well-organized, and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
