Job Overview


  • Responsible for monthly consolidation and reporting schedules to facilitate management reporting
  • Partner with business unit stakeholders and provide financial & KPI analysis to evaluate business performance
  • Compile monthly departmental reports and annual budget
  • Act as one of the Finance representatives and participate in system enhancement and integration


  • Degree or above in Business, IT, Statistics, or Data Science
  • CPA [HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA] or CFA equivalent qualification
  • At least 8 years’ experience in financial reporting, consolidation and management reporting
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in SAP FICO and BPC is an advantage
  • Experience in system implementation and enhancement is an advantage
  • Industry experience in property, leasing or facilities management is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proactive, self-starter with interest to learn new systems and tasks
