Job Overview

The incumbent will engage with stakeholders across various business units and work alongside a team of Finance and IT professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in management reporting functions, including the financial planning and analysis for budgeting and forecasting, to deliver strategic insights to the management team.

  • Conduct financial analysis of business unit performance in relation to strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate with business leaders to communicate budgets, track actual performance and provide recommendations for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Facilitate management reviews on business unit performance through monthly financial reports and KPI analysis.

  • Serve as the Finance focal point in system enhancements and integrations.

  • Participate in additional ad hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher in Finance or a related discipline, accompanied by professional accounting qualifications.

  • Approximately 8-10 years of working experience, including exposure to a Big 4 accounting firm and management reporting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and a willingness to take the initiative.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract critical insights from a wide range of information.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude toward embracing new challenges.

  • Industry experience in property or leasing is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling is essential.

  • Familiarity with SAP FICO, BPC, EPM, and Lease Management Systems (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
