Job Overview

The job holder will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various events, ensuring they align with our company’s objectives and brand image.

Responsibilities

•    Lead the Event Team from conception to completion, including corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify event objectives and requirements, offering professional and practical recommendations to optimise outcomes. 
•    Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and closely monitor the process.
•    Supervise on-site event management and ensure all aspects run smoothly.
•    Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and feedback. 
•    Handle crisis management effectively and adhere to the Group’s protocols. 
•    Working on holidays or overtime may occasionally be required. 

Requirements

•    University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or relevant qualification
•    10 years’ solid experience in corporate communications, marketing, event agency or other relevant disciplines
•    Solid experience in event management and stakeholder engagement 
•    Excellent in both English and Chinese
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Proactive, creative and independent, good team player and able to multitask and work under tight timeline
