Manager - Business Analyst

Job Overview

The role entails analyzing the comprehensive performance of leasing portfolios, encompassing financial performance, marketing performance, and feedback from customer experience. In addition, the job holder is tasked with researching and analyzing market trends and customer data to improve the portfolio performance and meet the company’s objectives. The responsibilities also include assessing project feasibility, providing project management support and reviewing workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue projections to offer insights into key drivers, such as baseline figures, customer trends, marketing initiatives and relevant market changes. Update forecast updates and scenarios articulation to support the management needs.
• Conduct market research and industry trends analysis of the portfolios, identify areas of consumer needs, and develop and maintain relevant database.
• Conduct business performance & financial analysis of the group asset management portfolio.
• Analyze market trends, user behaviors, and competitive landscapes to reveal insights for the property market.   
• Develop additional analytical and modelling methodologies to enhance business insight development and the annual revenue forecasting process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to grasp analytics needs, encompassing critical metrics and KPIs, and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Real Estate related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business analysis / research, preferably in real estate industry
• Strong business acumen with critical analysis skill across various disciplines, computer literacy, data management and numeracy skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to collaborate with individuals at different levels
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC software e.g. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Access, Tableau and Power BI
