Job Overview

Assistant Manager - Sales assists Manager – Sales to coordinate all sales related activities and compliance practice for property sales arrangements and documentation in accordance with Cap. 621 Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulation and implementation of sales plan for launch of projects
  • Assist in coordination of show-flat and sales gallery design and construction work with Project Department and external consultants
  • Handle daily sales administration matters and arrange sales office logistics
  • Prepare and review sales documents and plans as required under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and pre-sale application
  • Assist in handling compliance matters for property sales, not limited to reviewing all sales and marketing materials as required under the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Work with ITS to develop and maintain sales & CRM system to optimize sales logistics
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BA, surveying, marketing, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
  • Knowledge in Residential Properties (First –hand Sales)
  • Ordinance Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint is a must. Skills of Dynamics 365 will be a merit.
