Job Overview

Assistant Manager - Sales assists General Manager – Sales to coordinate all sales related activities and compliance practice for property sales arrangements and documentation in accordance with Cap. 621 Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing sales launches for new projects to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the Project Department and external consultants on the design and construction of show flats and sales galleries.
  • Handle daily sales administration duties and oversee sales office logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain sales documents and sales plans in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and pre-sale application requirements.
  • Assist in managing compliance matters related to property sales, including the review of all sales and marketing materials in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the ITS team to develop, enhance, and maintain the sales and CRM systems to optimize sales operations and logistics.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BA, surveying, marketing, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years’ experience preferably in marketing & sales of residential properties in property developers
  • Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • Attentive to details, customer-oriented and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and powerpoint is a must. Skills of Microsoft Power BI will be a merit.
