Assistant Manager - Sales (Marketing)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating of strategic marketing plan and executing promotional campaigns
• Oversee the production of marketing collaterals (including sales brochures) in compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Work closely with different internal business units and vendors (including advertising agencies, media agencies, PR firms, media sales, renderers, reporters etc.) for the residential projects
• Participate in media planning across multiple platforms, including traditional, digital and social media channels
• Conduct comprehensive market research, analysis on property market trend and prepare budget and expenditure report

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration / Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in residential sales and marketing gained from property developer / advertising agencies
• Passionate to manage and drive new initiatives, with interest in lifestyle, residential design and marketing
• Knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Good project management and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive and attention to details
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
