Job Overview

The job holder is responsible for assisting the section head to execute residential leasing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in formulating and implementing the set leasing strategies and action plans to meet the set KPIs for the assigned residential portfolios
  • Lease negotiation and conclusion of new lettings / renewals / rent review, and sustaining good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
  • Handling daily leasing enquiries and tenancy related matters independently for the assigned residential portfolios
  • Conducting market research, analyzing data, and compiling various reports
  • Assisting in budget planning, rental forecast and / or reports
  • Handling and coordination on renovation and refurbishment works
  • Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum  6 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with property management people independently
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong market sense and proactive mindset
  • Customer focus with excellent negotiation skill
  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
