Job Overview
The job holder is responsible for assisting the section head to execute residential leasing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in formulating and implementing the set leasing strategies and action plans to meet the set KPIs for the assigned residential portfolios
- Lease negotiation and conclusion of new lettings / renewals / rent review, and sustaining good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
- Handling daily leasing enquiries and tenancy related matters independently for the assigned residential portfolios
- Conducting market research, analyzing data, and compiling various reports
- Assisting in budget planning, rental forecast and / or reports
- Handling and coordination on renovation and refurbishment works
- Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
- Performing ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time
Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with property management people independently
- Self-motivated, innovative, and good interpersonal skills
- Strong market sense and proactive mindset
- Customer focus with excellent negotiation skill
- Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
