Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to enhance the brand and customer experience across various touchpoints and services within Chinachem Group. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organisation to enhance and shape the brand, while also bringing to life signature experiences that reflect our people-centric brand DNA, known as 'Places with Heart'.

Responsibilities

Experience Design

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager in developing and implementing the Brand Experience Playbook organisation-wide
  • Gather requirements from different business units, identifying end-to-end consumer pain points and prioritise initiatives that lead to improved customer satisfaction and business impact
  • Assist in revitalising the experience journey across physical, service and digital touchpoints
  • Create Chinachem Group’s service blueprint and training

Brand Management

  • Be the brand ambassador and guardian of the Chinachem Group brand
  • Educate the organisation about our brand through diverse channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish consistent branding across our touchpoints
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business goals
  • Manage and preserve Chinachem Group identity system for consistent brand representation internally and externally
  • Collaborate with business units on brand initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with the corporate brand

Research and team support

  • Assist in conducting research to understand the competitor landscape and emerging industry trends
  • Crafting of PowerPoint presentations that are compelling and deliver a clear narrative to various stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Handle day-to-day project management and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • With over 6 years of previous experience in branding and/or customer experience design
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Genuine passion for branding
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence others through clear communication
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience working with external agency and production partners
  • Real estate or hospitality experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
