Job Overview

The job holder will support strategies development on enhancing customer experience across different touchpoints and services rendered by all business units.  

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager - Brand Experience Design to revitalise the experience journey across physical, service and digital touchpoints
  • Bring the experience touchpoint from ideation to implementation, reflecting our people-centric brand DNA ‘Places with Heart’
  • Gather requirements with different business units, identifying end-to-end consumer pain points and prioritise initiatives that lead to improved customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape Chinachem Group experiences including but not limited to our wood fossil park Nina Park and loyalty programme CCG Hearts
  • Enhance Chinachem Group’s service blueprint and training  
  • Monitor and improve the overall customer experience across various service areas including property services, hotels, residential sales and malls
  • Ensure brand consistency and serve as the guardian of the corporate brand guidelines
  • Maintain tone-of-voice and corporate messaging in alignment with Corporate Communications department
  • Collaborate with business units on their brand building initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with the corporate brand
  • Conduct research to assess market trends and analyse the competitor landscape
  • Assist the Senior Manager to conduct brand-related workshops 
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Day-to-day project management and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Over 6 years of previous experience in branding / marketing / communications 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese 
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly responsible, mature, detail-oriented with an innovative mindset
  • Possesses strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others through excellent communication
  • Good understanding of user experience, apply analytical practices to the service design and delivery
  • Prior experience in real estate / hospitality industry is a plus
  • Candidate with UX / service design is an advantage
  • Experience in managing large- and small-scale projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Microsoft Office
