Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to define business, user and product metrics, establish data criteria, design and manage data management structure and platform
• Provide insights and advice in the form of various dashboards and reports based on internal and external user survey and data analysis  
• Make recommendations for new business opportunities, driving user growth and improving user experience based on continuous tracking user behavior and engagement, e.g. Market positioning, customer segmentation, product design and features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence/Research/Insights
• Good knowledge of Data Warehouse, data processing concepts, dashboard development and business intelligence solutions  
• Proficiency with ETL (SQL, Python), BI tools (Tableau/Qlik/Power BI etc.) is preferred
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and problem-solving ability, able to manage complex cross-departmental collaboration and multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Experience in B2C products with mobile App and digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
