Job Overview
Lead a small team of administrative staff to ensure smooth daily office workplace operation and take part in company-wide initiatives so as to provide high quality workplace services for internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategic planning for full spectrum of office workplace services
- Develop, review and implement office workplace operational policies and procedures, and other measures to ensure high quality service standard
- Review and manage vendor contracts to ensure consistency and adherence with company policy
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Responsible for data collection, analysis and populating of annual sustainability report
- Participate in renovation, relocation and maintenance projects, coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up of progress
- Ensure office workplace health and safety
- Assist in annual budget planning, monitor and control office expenses
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, 5 years of which in a supervisory capacity
- Good insight and understanding of latest technology trends
- Strong consultation and presentation skills
- Supervisory responsibility for a team of administrative staff
- Ensuring the volume, quality and timeliness of task / services provided by self and others
- Able to apply developed communication skill to exchange complex information and may occasionally influence others
- Prior experience in office renovation and data management system is a plus
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
- Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
