Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Manager to organise and implement mall marketing campaign and PR events
  • Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals. Ensure stakeholders and agencies to have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy and able to support delivery and achieve the desired results
  • Plan and organise various marketing programmes, solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion
  • Prepare related reports and conduct relevant analysis
  • Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
  • Manage digital projects and content marketing projects riding on HK and China social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc.
  • Work closely with the team to plan and execute digital / social marketing campaign projects to ensure delivery of outstanding results
  • Gain in-depth understanding of business needs and provide insightful analysis
  • Develop and manage digital channels (e.g. Mobile App, Website and onsite directories) for serving various marketing purposes
  • Implement year-round retailing marketing campaign
  • Marketing budget / expense monitoring with quotation and invoices handling

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' solid marketing experience in event management / property leasing and marketing, preferably with property developers or event agencies and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Creative, responsible and good marketing sense
  • Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and good Chinese Proficiency
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
