Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the group subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
  • Prepare and review resolutions, statutory forms
  • Ensure compliance with the HK Companies Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for non-statutory matters such as due diligence and opening of bank accounts
  • Advise and monitor changes in regulations/laws relating to company secretarial and corporate governance
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in business, corporate administration or related disciplines
  • Associate Member of HKCGI
  • 7 years’ or above related working experience, preferably relevant in-house experience
  • Knowledge in CSA Expert is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated, strong communication skills and able to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS word and Excel
