Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the entire Corporate Communications team within the newly created Business Impact, Branding and Marketing Division
  • Support the Director of Corporate Communications and team leadership
  • Assist in preparation of reports and other relevant documents, including payment requests and subsequent follow-up for the team
  • Maintain an effective record and filing system for the department
  • Work on daily media summary
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the organisation
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years relevant office administration or secretarial experiences
  • Responsible, well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese, proficiency in mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in supporting Corporate Communications team would be an advantage
